Russian salad Argentina
The salad that makes any important event, part of the entries that are prepared for Christmas, next to pork, ham with melon, etc. Salad with potatoes, carrots, peas and boiled eggs, seasoned with mayonnaise
ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 cup peas (I use the frozen)
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Peel and cut into quarters or media, Boil in salted water until tender, sepelan carrots and cut into tiny cubes, boil until tender but duritas; Cook the eggs until they are hard.
- Drain and leave covered in the fridge until the next day, remove and cut potatoes into cubes and chop the eggs.
- Garnish everything with mayonnaise and season with salt needed to taste.
