Meatballs
ingredients
(For four people)
For the meatballs:
Mince 1k
Egg, 1
Bread crumbs, 1 cup
Milk, 1 cup
Parsley, 100 g
Garlic, 2 cloves
Flour 0000, as needed
Oil ½ cup.Salt and ground pepper, to taste
For the sauce:
Garlic, 1 clove
Onion, 1
Green bell pepper, ½
Red bell pepper, ½
Fresh tomatoes, K 1/2 or two cans of pears natural tomatoes.
Olive oil amount needed
, Oregano, thyme and ground pepper to taste salt. If the oregano and thyme are fresh much improve the taste of the sauce.

Meatballs- Soak bread crumbs in milk for a few minutes.
- Squeeze the bread and chop.
- Finely chop the garlic and parsley.
- In a bowl place the meat, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, egg, salt and pepper flakes.
- Mix the ingredients by kneading with your hands.
- Form meatballs (slightly larger than a ping pong).
- Flour meatballs compressing well and taking care to maintain the shape.
- In a skillet with a bottom oil brown the meatballs.
- Book.
Ketchup
- Chop the onion.
- Discard the seeds and ribs from the peppers.
- Chop the peppers.
- Cut cross-shaped at the base, the skin of the plum tomatoes.
- Place the tomatoes in a pan of boiling water for 3 minutes.
- Remove and let cool.
- Peel and cut diced tomatoes.
- Fresh tomatoes can be replaced by two cans of tomatoes adept, in which case you just have to cubetearlos they are added to the sauce do with all the juice from the can.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan
- Saute the crushed garlic clove, onion and peppers.
- Add tomatoes
- Season with salt, red pepper, oregano and thyme.
- Place the meatballs into the sauce and cook about 45 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
The meatballs can be served with rice, boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, fries, etc.
