Chocotorta: the childhood classic

INGREDIENTS

• 2 packages of chocolate chip cookies. 
• * 600 g of cream cheese. 
• * 500 grams of sweet milk. 
• * 60 grams of chocolate to decorate. 
• 2 tablespoons coffee. 

Procedure 

Mix in a bowl with cheese, caramel, and sift out the cold to take the body. 

Dissolve coffee in hot water in a large container such as a bowl. Take the cookies and dip until no bubbling. 

Take a mold and make a flat cookie. Ideally be rectangular cookies that remain tidy. Then add the cheese mixture with dulce de leche. Arm and three layers, put into refrigerator and chill overnight. 

Finish with a layer of cream and finally garnish with grated chocolate on top
